Common questions

I logged a fast wrong. Can I fix it?

Yes, and it is free. Open History, tap the fast, and edit its start or end time — or swipe to delete it. You can also adjust a running fast's start time from the timer screen if you forgot to start it on time.

Is the timer free?

Yes. The timer and every protocol (12:12, 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, 23:1 and your own), editing and deleting past fasts, streaks, the current metabolic phase, reminders and 30 days of history are free forever.

What does unlocking add?

Unlimited history, full statistics and charts, widgets and the Live Activity, weight logging with Apple Health, CSV export, and themes. You can unlock with a monthly subscription that starts with a 7-day free trial, or pay once for lifetime access — both unlock exactly the same features.

How do I cancel, or get a refund?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I paid before, on another device. Where is it?

Open the unlock screen and tap Restore, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. If it still does not appear, email us and we will help.

Where is my data stored? Is it backed up?

On your iPhone, and nowhere else — there is no account and no server. That also means it is not synced between devices. If iCloud Backup is on, your data is included in your device backup. Export anytime from Settings → Export.

My streak looks wrong.

A streak counts consecutive days on which a fast reached its goal, in your local time zone. Travel and daylight-saving changes are handled, but if a streak still looks wrong, email us with what you expected and what you saw — that is exactly the kind of report we want.

Which languages does Sablo speak?

English, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal), Romanian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Traditional Chinese, Turkish, Ukrainian and Vietnamese. The app follows your device language, and you can also choose one on the first screen.

A note on health

Sablo is a timer and a record, not medical advice. It describes metabolic phases in general terms and does not diagnose, treat or prevent anything. If you are pregnant, managing diabetes or another condition, or have a history of disordered eating, talk to a doctor before fasting.
